  • This Delhi Matar Paneer Curry is a favourite from the Capital City of India. A North Indian inspired curry is made using cubes of paneer cheese and sweet garden peas cooked in a spiced tomato, yoghurt, lemon and fresh coriander based sauce.

    All Bini's ready meals are inspired by traditional family home cooked Indian recipes, only using quality ingredients and hand made in small batches to ensure the flavours and textures are true to the authentic Indian home cooked experience.

    Bini's curries are made using locally sourced, high welfare, free-range meat and are all lovingly created by Bini herself.

  • Tomatoes, Onions, Full Fat Paneer (MILK), Onions, Fresh Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Green Chillies, Frozen Garden Peas, Yoghurt (MILK), Lemon Juice, Rapeseed Oil, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Cassia Bark, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cloves, Cardamom Pods, Black Pepper Corns.

  • On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.

    Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 seconds then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.

    Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

  • Bini Fine Foods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer. 

    Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
