  • This Jammu Chicken Curry is an authentic Indian dish you can enjoy at home. A North Indian inspired curry with succulent chunks of free-range chicken cooked in an aromatic creamy onion masala sauce with double cream, Kasuri methi and pomegranate molasses.

    All Bini's ready meals are inspired by traditional family home cooked Indian recipes, only using quality ingredients and hand made in small batches to ensure the flavours and textures are true to the authentic Indian home cooked experience.

    Bini's curries are made using locally sourced, high welfare, free-range meat and are all lovingly created by Bini herself.

  • Chicken Thigh Meat, Onions, Tomatoes, Tomato puree, Double Cream (MILK), Lemon Juice, Fresh Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Green Chillies, Dried Kasuri Methi, Rapeseed Oil, Pomegranate Molasses, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala (Mixed Spices), Cassia Bark, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cloves, Green Cardamom Pods.

  • On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.

    Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 sec then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.

  • Bini Fine Foods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer. 

    Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
