  • Diced goat meat, cooked in a rich caramelised onion and tomato spiced sauce, with double cream, pomegranate molasses and kasuri methi. A truck stop favourite from the Northern Himalayan region.

  • Goat Meat , Onions, Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Double Cream (MILK), Lemon Juice, Fresh Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Green Chillies, Dried Kasuri Methi, Rapeseed Oil, Pomegranate Molasses, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala (Mixed Spices), Cassia Bark, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cloves, Green Cardamom Pods.

  • On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.

    Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 seconds then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.

    Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

  • Bini Fine Foods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer. 

    Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
