A succulent slow grown boneless leg of Edenmoor lamb, generously filled with a delicious festive redcurrant stuffing. The rich, savoury flavour of tender lamb is beautifully complemented by the sweet and tangy notes of redcurrants, creating a wonderfully balanced centrepiece. Perfectly suited to a special Christmas roast, with plenty of rich, festive flavour in every slice.

Defrost before cooking. Defrost in fridge overnight or for a minumum of 8 hours. Remove from packaging and roast on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 160oC for 2- 2.5hrs. Ensure piping hot before serving.
