  • A show-stopping festive centrepiece of succulent native breed pork, generously stuffed with sweet cranberries and fragrant rosemary stuffing. Slow-roasted to perfection, the porchetta develops beautifully crisp, golden crackling while the tender pork and aromatic stuffing create a delicious balance of rich, savoury and festive flavours. A spectacular addition to any Christmas table.

  • Pork (83%), (Pork (60%), Cranberries, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Port (2.2%), Oranges, Ginger, Cloves. [Sulphites], Gluten Free Oats (8%), Apple, Cranberries (2%), Garlic, Salt, Rosemary, Sage, Fennel Seeds

  • Defrost before cooking. To defrost, place in fridge overnight.
    To cook, remove all packaging and place on a wire rack in a preheated oven at 170oC for around 2-3 hours until golden brown and piping hot. For extra crispy skin, the oven can be raised to around 210oC for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
