  • Fowey Valley Cider Vinegar is made from Vintage Cornish Cider, aged for three years before bottling. Our vintage cider vinegar is unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no preservatives added, it also contains the mother.

    The vinegar is 5% strength - perfect for salads, marinades, chips, pickling and can be used as a drinking vinegar or to make ferments.
