  • An Edenmoor Goose Crown is the epitome of indulgence. A rich and flavourful alternative to turkey that makes a truly spectacular centrepiece.

    Our geese are traditionally reared in small flocks on lush Devon pasture, where they graze freely and grow slowly, developing wonderful depth of flavour. The crown – the whole bird with the legs removed – is perfect for those who want all the succulence of goose breast meat with the ease of carving.

    The meat is naturally rich and succulent, with beautifully crisp golden skin when roasted. It carries a depth of flavour that’s bold, savoury and distinctly festive, pairing perfectly with classic trimmings like spiced red cabbage, roast potatoes, and a jewel-bright cranberry sauce.

    Please note that our Goose Crowns are shipped frozen.

    Serving guidelines:

    Small Crowns will serve 2 people.

    Medium Crowns will serve 2-4 people.

    Large Crowns will serve 4-6 people.

    XL Crowns will serve 6-8 people.

  • Defrost thoroughly before use. Place on a baking in the centre of the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes and then lower to 180 degrees continuing to cook for a further 1-2 hours depending on size. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Keep frozen. Defrost before cooking.
