  • This filling brings together the distinctive taste of Goat's Cheese, Gorgonzola, Italian Hard Cheese blended with delicate Ricotta. Try serving this outstanding pasta with a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese, a creamy cheese sauce, a simple tomato sauce, or with melted butter and crushed walnuts - the options are endless!

    The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, the pasta holds during cooking very well.

  • Pasta (50%):
    Flour 00 (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Pasteurised EGG (30%), Durum WHEAT Flour, Salt.

    Filling (50%):
    Ricotta Cheese (MILK), Italian grated cheese (MILK, Salt, Rennet from vegetable culture. Preservative: E1105 Lysozyme protein from EGG), Gorgonzola Cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), Goat Cheese (MILK), MILK, Black Pepper.

    Produced in a factory that handles WHEAT, EGG, MILK, NUT, MUSTARD, CRUSTACEAN, FISH, CELERY and SOY.
