    This Organic vegetable broth is made from the finest ingredients, from shitake mushroom to Himalayan salt, all simmered together to create a deeply umami flavour profile.

    You can use Ossa Organic Vegetable Broth as a base for soups and stews, or it's delicious as a drinking broth when you're needing a little boost.

  • Bone Broth can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. Once defrosted it cannot be refrozen.

    To Defrost 

    Place the pouch in a good sized mixing bowl and leave on the kitchen worktop over night. 

    To Cook

    From frozen:

    Remove the packaging and place into a saucepan set to a medium-low heat. Once the stock has defrosted and turned into liquid, turn the heat up and bring to a simmer. Simmer for around 5 minutes and serve piping hot.

    From defrosted:

    Place a saucepan on a medium heat and gently warm through the broth for about 5 minutes until it gently simmers.

    Try adding miso or our fava bean umami paste to create a nourishing and restorative drink.

  • Store in freezer and follow use by date or enjoy by thawing in the fridge and use with 7 days.
