  • Handcrafted by Quicke's using milk from their own grass-fed cows, this clothbound Devonshire Red is naturally matured for around six months to develop its distinctive character.

    They like to think of it as a fresh take on the traditional Red Leicester, as it offers a beautifully crumbly texture with rich nutty notes, a vibrant depth of flavour and a delicate lemony creaminess that lingers on the palate.
