    Made in the traditional way from fresh Bramley apples, perfumed quinces, and wild-harvested crab-apples and rowan berries, this jelly captures the unique oils and flavours of locally grown mint.

    Naturally set with unrefined cane sugar and a touch of fresh lemon juice, it’s a pure, simple, and utterly delicious accompaniment for both sweet and savoury dishes.
