  • The ultimate show-stopping Christmas centrepiece. A magnificent 1kg beef fillet, wrapped in a rich, savoury mushroom duxelles and encased in beautifully golden, flaky pastry. The result is an impressive combination of tender, succulent beef, deep earthy flavour and crisp, buttery pastry.

    Made for the grandest of festive tables, this is a Wellington worthy of the occasion. Indulgent, elegant and guaranteed to make Christmas dinner feel truly extraordinary. Slice at the table to reveal perfectly tender beef at the heart of this spectacular centrepiece.

  • Pasture Fed Beef (59%), Puff Pastry (WHEAT Flour, Butter (MILK), Water, WHEAT Starch, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Salt, WHEAT GLUTEN, Vegetable & Fruit Concentrates (Carrot, Apple, Lemon), Inactivated Yeast Extract, EGG), Mushrooms, Serrano Ham (Pork Leg, Salt), Shallots, EGG, Rapeseed Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic, Thyme

  • Allow the Wellington to defrost thoroughly before cooking.
    To do this, remove from freezer and remove all packaging. Place on baking paper on a baking tray and cover with cling film. Leave to defrost in fridge overnight.

    Remove cling film and place into the preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius and cook for 40 - 50 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Ensure piping hot.

    Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
